Underfoot Feel

A thick layer of ZoomX foam helps make landings feel less impactful. This is likely to translate into increased comfort levels.

One of the standout properties of ZoomX foam is the exceptionally high levels of energy return on offer. As a result, the cushioning should feel very bouncy and propulsive.

The Nike Invincible 3 midsole also features a prominent curve from heel-to-toe. This rolls your feet forward and smooths out transitions.

Specific midsole sculpting improves the stability of the soft ZoomX foam - so you feel confident during each stride.

Upper Fit

An evolved Flyknit upper should keep up with you on your long runs. This ultra strong and durable material feels light and breathable.

Whilst the heel counter offers great support, some runners may find it feels slightly loose. You're unlikely to notice this on a run, but if you do, using the last eyelet will increase lockdown.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
